Kyle Binkley is the Principle Surveyor and owner of Binkley Land Surveying, LLC. At the age of 17, Kyle participated in a job shadow opportunity. By shadowing Jim Kent of Kent Surveying he found a respect for the field of Surveying and becoming a land surveyor. From that time he began working as a Survey Crew Chief for Core Consulting. Kyle also spent time in the United State Navy Seabees as an Engineering Aide where he continued to hone his knowledge and understanding of Engineering and Surveying. Upon being honorably discharged from service, Kyle spent time in California as a Survey Party Chief for CRC Enterprises under the tutelage of Justin Coons, P.S. When the opportunity arose, Kyle attended and graduated from Ferris State University, located in Big Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying Engineering. In continuance of his expanding knowledge, Kyle found employment with Brad Core, P.E., P.S. of Core Consulting as a Survey Party Chief. Finally, Kyle took employment as an Assistant Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, in which time frame he obtained his Professional Surveyors license from the State of Ohio. In August of 2013, Kyle embarked on the journey of a lifetime by starting Binkley Land Surveying, LLC.
Utilizing today’s technology and with the well rounded knowledge obtained through 14 years of service, Kyle prides himself in providing Professional Surveying services to meet the needs of his clientele. Being highly proficient in Boundary Surveying, Construction Layout, Easement Preparation, and other surveying services, Kyle has focused much attention to the growing need for FEMA Floodplain Analysis. With the ever changing entity that is FEMA many new studies have created an issue with land owners and whether or not they are located within the designated FEMA Floodplain.
Along with being a licensed Professional Surveyor, Kyle is also a licensed Realtor and broker for Binkley Real Estate located in Wapakoneta where he also resides. In his free time he enjoys golfing, hunting, traveling, motorcycles and spending time with family and friends.
